By the time the student is eligible to participate in clinicals, they have completed a 15-month program which encompasses Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Medical Assistant Fundamentals, Human Anatomy & Physiology 1 & 2, Phlebotomy, and EKG.
Upon completion of these courses, our students are required to participate in 120 hour clinical in order to graduate. Ongoing student evaluations and monitoring is provided to ensure the success of the student’s over-all performance.
Our Medical Assistants sit for the national exam to become Certified Clinical Medical Assistants, Phlebotomy and EKG Certified. All of our testing is done through the National Healthcareer Association (www.nhanow.com).
